Tacoma has a lot of real estate companies. Which one is considered the best company according the Tacoma, Washington residents? Who are the best real estate agents in Tacoma, Washington? Historically, which company has been there the longest? Do any of the real estate companies also have title and mortgage companies?

Keller Williams Realty West Sound located in the charming town of Gig Harbor..just across the newly built Tacoma Narrows bridge from Tacoma.
Keller Williams has been a very important part of the Gig Harbor Community. From raising $10,000 for the soon to open Boys and Girls Club, food drives for The FISH Food Bank not once, but,twice a year to collecting books for the children and young adults of South Africa. Keller Williams Realty really does care about the community they live and work in.

Best agent? That would depend on how you define “best”. For mytself, I don’t find the best to be the one driving the biggest car or setting big sales record. The best agent is the agent who takes the best care of his clients and their needs. If you would like to see my track record, you may go to: HOMESandWEALTH.com.
The oldest company still in existance is the Allen Company, still owned by the son of it’s founder. They have closed their Tacoma office and focus mainly on Lakewood.
There are a couple of companies who OWN title companies. While several real estate firms have in house mortgage offices, that history has not been glorious. It seems like the kind of people who make good salesmen do not make good loan officers.
In any case, I prefer to recommend myt clients to the best and most reliable auziliaries. They are then free to choose. And, if a provider sells out or loses it’s dedication, I can easily start recommending someone else.
